To revive these stories, the “King’s Favourite” – an exclusive wine was specially created by the wine company “Tika Svanidze Vancko Estate Winery” to celebrate the 300th anniversary of King Erekle II. The best blend was selected with utmost care and toil, and, according to the legend, the flavours of grapes in this wine were the favourite tastes of King Erekle II.

Amber dry wine “King’s Favourite” is made by a traditional Georgian method from four Georgian grapes – Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Khikhvi and Kakhetian Green. Each grain is a chosen one and tells the story of a country located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, which has always fought for survival.

A limited amount of bottled amber wine is decorated by the signature of King Erekle II.

Wine company “Tika Svanidze Vancko Estate Winery” was founded by a woman living in emigration, Tika Svanidze Vanko, whose name has been associated with the promotion of Georgia as a country with a unique tourist potential in international tourism for many years.
